Baylor Sammons Cancer Center

With ten stories and nearly 460,000 square feet on five acres, as well as surface and two levels of underground parking totaling 300 spaces, the Baylor Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center is the biggest outpatient cancer center in North Texas and one of the largest in the country.

Completed in March 2011, this trophy medical office building is home to Baylor Health Care System (253,000 square feet) and Texas Oncology, P.A. (181,500 square feet), one of the world’s largest medical practices dedicated to cancer treatment and research, and part of McKesson. The project earned LEED Gold certification.
