Each structure is designed for functionality, with efficient layouts, substantial clear heights, and loading capabilities to meet modern logistics demands. The center is built according to LEED standards, showcasing its sustainable construction approach and commitment to environmentally responsible design.
Cherry Coatings provided specialty paint and flooring services throughout. Exterior structures, interior walls + ceilings, concrete walls, and warehouse columns were coated to specification. Additionally, our flooring teams executed the sealed concrete scope, performing work on over 550,000 SF.
