Hines, Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management, and Ivanhoé Cambridge developed this 16-story, mixed-use building with 15,000 square feet of prime street-front retail and nearly 200,000 square feet of state-of-the-art office space in Dallas’ Deep Ellum neighborhood.
