The Independent

Instantly recognizable as the tallest and one of the most uniquely designed buildings in Austin, the project redefines luxury skyscrapers.  There are 370 condominiums contained in the 58 floors, with the entire 9th floor being devoted to amenities.

The interior combines a blend of sophisticated and industrial finishes that Cherry Coatings was excited to be a part of.  Leading the design on this standout project was Rhode Partners and the main contractor was Balfour Beatty Construction.
