Bowen River Oaks: New Residential High-Rise

Topping off: Bowen River Oaks is a 25-story residential high-rise coupled with a 5-story mid-rise containing 143 apartments and two courtyards in Houston, Texas with our commercial painting crews heading on-site soon! The residential tower will contain 260 apartments (including 10 penthouse units). Residents will enjoy over 10,000 square feet of amenity space including two pools, a fitness center, and a sky lounge on the 24th floor.
