Inspiration for the 21-story, 226-room hotel – an adaptive reuse of the iconic Great Southwest Building, originally known as the Petroleum Building, drawn from Houston’s unique history and rich culture. Take note of the property’s Art Deco details, including stone carvings from the original 1920s building; custom artwork highlighting the city’s oil industry roots, storied cowboy culture and NASA influence; and sophisticated, modern furnishings.
Located in the heart of the central business district at 1314 Texas Ave., the Cambria Hotel Houston Downtown Convention Center is a short walk to the George R. Brown Convention Center and Minute Maid Park, the home stadium of the city’s professional baseball team. The hotel is also conveniently near many of the city’s major corporations and the region’s largest employers, including Chevron Corp., JPMorgan Chase & Co. and United Airlines, as well as many entertainment, dining, culture, history and performing arts offerings.

This 16-story Kimpton Boutique Hotel is located in the Rainey Street District of Austin, Texas. The 367,676-square foot hotel consists of 322 guest rooms, a 6,800-square foot pool deck and indoor-outdoor bar, 1,300-square foot fitness facility, and 4 levels of underground parking. The hotel also includes a 3-meal restaurant, lobby walk-up café, and 12,000 square feet of meeting space that includes a ballroom, board rooms, and meeting rooms.
Opened in 2015, the JW Marriott Austin received LEED Silver certification. Amenities include 42 meeting rooms, a fitness center, a pool on the fifth floor, 112,000 square feet of event space. Dining options include Osteria Pronto, featuring Italian cuisine; Corner, which offers Texas-inspired food and drinks; a Starbucks coffee shop; and a walk-up burger bar along Congress Avenue. The hotel sits on top of a three-level, 471-space parking garage. Renovations were completed in 2019.
Opened summer 2020, at 31-stories, Marriott Austin downtown will feature over 613 guest rooms (including 25 stunning suites), a rooftop pool with breathtaking views, three bars, locally inspired restaurant, and more than 60,000 square feet of meeting space. Located across the street from the Austin Convention Center and in walking distance from famed 6th Street, the hotel is in the ideal location in one of America’s top-rated cities. Guests will also be able to keep their vehicles out of the elements in the self-contained 257-space underground parking garage.

Built in 2015, the LEED certified Westin Austin Downtown is a prime example of the Westin chain brand. It’s located in downtown Austin, near 6th Street and the Austin Convention Center. The hotel offers a great rooftop pool and bar, Southern cuisine restaurant with occasional live music, modern gym, and large meeting rooms, as well as 119 below grade parking spaces.
Oklahoma’s largest gaming resort, WinStar World Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma expanded with two new hotels – an 18-story, 340,000 sq. ft., 500-room hotel tower and a 15-story, 297,000 sq. ft., 500-room hotel tower, both designed by Hnedak Bobo Group – complement and connect to an existing 12-story, 400-room hotel in a ‘Y’ configuration.
