Back to School Drive 2024

As summer draws to a close, Cherry Coatings has been busy making an impact beyond our usual work sites.

Our back to school drive 2024 is the first one held across our office locations, including Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Nashville. These efforts were not just about providing school supplies—they were about embodying our core value of Servant Heart and living out our mission of Impacting Lives.

A National Effort

Several of our offices came together to support children and families as they prepared for the new school year. In each city, we partnered with local organizations that align with our commitment to community:

• Dallas: Partnering with Community Partners of Dallas, our team collected backpacks, folders, and an array of stationery, ensuring that children have the tools they need to succeed.
• Austin: In Austin, we worked with The Salvation Army to provide notebooks, pencils, and other essential items for students around Central Texas.
• San Antonio: Our San Antonio team supported CASA in San Antonio, collecting school supplies to ensure children are not left behind as the school year begins.
• Nashville: The Nashville Rescue Mission was our partner in Nashville, where our contributions helped equip students for the new school year.

Living Out Our Core Values

The success of these drives is a testament to the Servant Heart that guides us at Cherry Coatings. We believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work, and this initiative allowed us to directly impact the lives of students and their families.

Preparing Schools for Success

While our back to school drive 2024 was a new venture, our commitment to education is long-standing. Over the summer, our teams were hard at work in schools across the country, applying fresh coats of paint and durable floor coatings. These improvements ensure that students return to a well-kept and welcoming environment, ready to tackle the new school year.
