Cultivate: Finance Team Visits Field

Continuously developing our leaders is an important part of building a winning culture. Recently, part of our finance team and field support office employees visited a job site to get first-hand experience of several of our core processes. From tape and float to sanding walls, being able to see and understand what it takes to complete a project is essential for all, including members of our finance and accounting departments.
