Additionally, a review of our evaluation form and manpower request processes provided clarity to stay on top of project demands, keeping everything running smoothly.

A highlight of the day was a hands-on session with Clearstory. This software allows our teams to manage change orders more efficiently, streamlining communication and reducing delays. By embracing technology like this, we’re not only delivering better results to our customers, but we’re also giving our team members opportunities to expand their skill set and grow their careers.
