Peer Training Program

Our Austin peer training program offers the opportunity for new employees to level up their skills. New laborers who show potential, and are willing to learn, are paired with skilled painters for four weeks.

This month, our mentee-mentor partners completed instruction on: Interior Wall Painting, Exterior Texture, Stairwell Steel and Dry Fall Spraying.
