Factory Six03

Factory Six03 was originally opened in 1903 in the historic West End of Dallas. The updated warehouse will feature modern office space, tenant lounge, outdoor patio, restaurants, and a conference center.

Keeping the feel of a beloved building on the National Register of Historic Places while creating a desirable space for new tenants was the work of the design team, GFF and ArchiTexas. DPR Construction served as the general contractor of the technically challenging project. Cherry Coatings is proud to have been part of the team to bring this project to life.
