The Legacy Midtown Park

The Legacy Midtown Park is an urban retirement community in the rapidly developing area of North Dallas.  

The property feature over 200 apartments ranging from independent living to short-term rehabilitation.  Cherry Coatings is proud to have worked on this project. The design, by architect D2, has the unique challenge of being functional for the residents while remaining elegant and contemporary.
