Cisco Data Center in Allen, Texas is Leeds Gold certified facility. This building was designed to withstand tornado winds up to 175 mph. Cisco also opted to forego a raised floor environment and use overhead cooling and cable management. Another unique feature is a lagoon to capture rainwater to irrigate the indigenous, drought-resistant landscape plants, as well as solar cells on the roof which generates 100 kilowatts of power for the office spaces in the building. The building features 30,000 square feet of customer office space. An 8,200-square-foot amenity space includes a rock climbing wall, putting green, ping pong tables, Wii Zone, Yoga Zone, work out machines, golf putting green and a circular slide.
